The pretest is taken before participating in the SUSI program at your school.
The posttest is taken after participating in the SUSI program.

Please complete each of the following evaluation activities for each SUSI school.
Note: All of the links included below are password protected and should only be used by the YDCs. If you do not have the password, please contact the program director at GA-DPH.
Coordinate evaluation activities with the adult point of contact.
Due prior to the administration of the pretest student surveys
Administer the online pretest to students.
Due September 30, 2024

Submit the First Progress Report.
